The entire team is highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous. This was their third visit to our home but not the last as we still have other jobs that will need doing. On this third occasion Michael attended and he has been before his workmanship has been of the highest standard. Each and every member of their team that we have come into contact with have been outstanding!!!! No mess left and the work carried is so NEAT!!!!! They arrive on time and deliver the job as promised. All questions we posed were answered promptly in a positive and quick manner. Nothing is too much for them. “They were quick to come and quote, and quote was reasonable. 3 people came to do the work (we had several jobs) and all were very polite and friendly. They all wore masks and protective footwear. They were slightly late due to an over running earlier job but I was kept up to date with their eta. Rather than quoting for straight replacements in each case they attempted to repair first and only replaced where necessary. Would definitely use again."
